9月19日下午消息，2018杭州·云栖大会今日开幕。阿里巴巴董事局主席马云在主题演讲时称芯片是核心技术，我们确实跟发达国家和发达企业有不少的差距，但是在IoT、芯片领域，我们有机会换道超车，中国拥有全球最大的互联网用户和市场，有机会发展自己的芯片，很多时候因为基础不好，才有可能跨越性发展。
