阻碍ofo向阿里借款？滴滴未在借款过程中用过否决权

9月11日消息，对于今日媒体报道的，由于ofo向阿里方面发起一笔紧急借款被滴滴阻碍一事，滴滴出行表示，滴滴从未在ofo融资或借款过程中使用过否决权，也没有发生过拒绝签字的情况。
报道称，今年8月，滴滴否决了自己提出的5亿美元收购ofo并额外追加几亿美元运营费的方案，一度致使ofo陷入生存困境。为顺利渡过眼下将至的发薪难关，ofo转向阿里方面发起一笔紧急借款，由于最大股东方且握有一票否决权的滴滴迟迟不表态，直到9月10日最后一刻这笔借款也未能成功到账。
滴滴同时表示，一直以来滴滴都支持ofo的股权或债券融资。滴滴和阿里巴巴是伙伴关系，都是ofo投资方，不存在“滴滴不表态致阿里借款未到账”的情况。
