Whether you are already preparing for the show or still considering attending and may need some extra convincing, here’s what you can expect this year:

Sessions and Speakers

DevOps World | Jenkins world brings together thousands of software development experts, provides numerous learning opportunities and networking opportunities. The conference gives you the opportunity to learn challenges other organizations are facing in the industry and how they’ve overcome similar problems that you may be facing right now.

With keynotes from Jenkins founder Kohsuke Kawaguchi, CloudBees CEO Sacha Labourey, and Dr. Nicole Forsgren, you’ll also be able to hear the latest and greatest in the key leadership, technical, architectural and product capabilities within the industry. Additionally, there are more than 100 sessions offered in San Francisco given by real DevOps and Jenkins experts. From security, pipeline automation and containers to DevOps adoption and continuous delivery best practices, the diversity of topics and companies represented will provide DevOps World | Jenkins World attendees with knowledge about how DevOps and CD are being used across many different companies and industries.

Training, Workshops and Jenkins Certification

The first two days of the conference week (September 16-17) will consist of several training and workshop sessions, to better enhance attendees DevOps and Jenkins capabilities. The training sessions include Jenkins Certification Training, Jenkins Fundamentals, DevOps Leader Certification Training, CloudBees Core Fundamentals, CloudBees Core on Kubernetes and Value Stream Mapping for DevOps. Developers will have the chance to tackle hands-on projects and further hone their DevOps and Jenkins skills. All trainings and workshops are available to add onto the full conference sessions pass for an additional cost.

All attendees registering for the conference will receive a FREE Jenkins certification exam voucher – a $150 value – for the Certified Jenkins Engineer (CJE) or Certified CloudBees Jenkins Platform Engineer (CCJPE) exams. You can choose to sign up for an on-site exam at DevOps World | Jenkins World (first-come, first-serve) or use it at a later date. There are also several half-day, one- and two-day courses that can be added during the event registration process to help you prepare for certification. Just think of the benefits for both your resume and team!

… And there’s more!
