铅笔道获悉，ofo将完成E2-2轮融资，融资数额达数亿美金。该轮融资由蚂蚁金服领投，滴滴跟投。对此，ofo官方表示不予置评，滴滴和阿里表示不予回应。
ofo上一轮融资发生在今年3月份，由阿里巴巴领投，灏峰集团、天合资本、蚂蚁金服与君理资本共同完成ofo的E2-1轮融资，融资额达到8.66亿美元，这轮融资也创下共享单车行业单笔最高融资纪录。
