职位描述
1. 负责网络产品的平台建设和性能优化；
2. 负责vSwitch硬件加速的方案，设计和验证；
3. 负责Gateway硬件加速的方案，设计和验证；
职位要求
1. 全日制本科及以上学历；
2. 精通C或Verilog，编码风格良好；
3. 有交换，路由或网关类产品设计经验；
4.有DPDK，OVS，P4，Tofino以及网络产品的大型FPGA设计经验（加分项）；
5.有ETH/PCIE/DDR等高速接口设计以及网络性能优化和硬件加速设计经验（加分项）；
6.熟悉网络虚拟化相关的产品和技术或者熟悉主流的FPGA芯片和交换芯片（加分项）；
7.以结果为导向，能主动发现问题和解决问题；
8.喜欢有挑战性的工作，具备快速学习的能力；
