近日，美国总统正式签署了华为与中兴的设备禁令法案，该法案为期两年，在法案生效期间内，美国政府机构不能使用来自华为与中兴的网络设备。具体来说，包括手机、路由器、交换机等联网设备都不能使用华为中兴的产品，现有产品需要全部更换，但是离线设备不受限制。该法案不仅会影响华为和中兴，也适用于与政府合作的承包
