AlphaGo 2:0战胜柯洁，又拿下“五杀”，一时成为业界热点。对此，5月26日，在贵州“机器智能高峰论坛”上，马云谈到柯洁和AlphaGo的人机大战时表示，中国企业搞AlphaGo这些东西没多大意义。“下围棋本来多有乐趣，结果机器从来不下臭棋，快乐都没了，有啥意思？”
其实，这不是马云第一次怼AlphaGo了，在4月2日的2017中国IT领袖峰会上，就曾放话“大家把AlphaGo下围棋说得天花乱坠很恐怖的样子，我个人觉得So TM What！”
马云认为不必担心机器战胜人类，技术是用来解决问题的，“机器会比人类更强大，但不会比人类更明智。”
