7月31日，中国电信云公司发布了2018年云资源池软件维保项目单一来源采购公示。其中同时有三家公司获得此项业务。
公告显示，此次中标的三家分别为威睿信息技术有限公司、红帽软件（北京）有限公司、微软（中国）有限公司。
公告称，中国电信将采购VMware公司3156个CPU维保服务及高级服务（BCS)；向红帽软件（北京）有限公司采购RedHat授权（物理机37套，虚拟机38套）以及25人天高级服务；采购微软（中国）有限公司16个SQL Svr Standard Core授权及100套微软操作系统远程桌面服务（RDS）授权服务。
同时，此次项目采购的部分软件授权及维保服务，因不可替代的专利及专有技术，需向原厂采购服务，否则将影响施工或者功能配套要求。
