新浪科技讯 8月7日午间消息，针对饿了么与口碑合并融资的传闻，饿了么和口碑方面均表示，对市场传闻不予置评。
据路透报道， 阿里巴巴 考虑将包括饿了么、口碑等食品配送业务合并，并将就此募集30-50亿美元。
阿里巴巴方面暂未对此置评，饿了么和口碑方面均表示对市场传闻不予置评。
今年4月，阿里巴巴联合蚂蚁金服以95亿美元全资收购饿了么。今年7月，饿了么宣布启动夏季战役，称阿里将支持饿了么在外卖市场投入30亿元。
日前有传闻称，饿了么将考虑融资20亿美元，随后传闻金额又升至30亿美元。饿了么方面均表示不予置评。(张俊)
