火狐工程师吐槽Youtube给Chrome开后门

可能这并不是一个容易被注意到的现象，那就是使用 Chrome 浏览器打开 Youtube 页面的加载速度实际上更快。
给出这一发现的是 Mozilla 的技术经理 Chris Peterson，他在个人推特上抨击称，Youtube 去年改版后使用了 Polymer 框架，而后者严重依赖 Shadow DOM v0 API，该 API 为 Chrome 独占。
Peterson 甚至给出了一个量化结论，Firefox 和 Edge 浏览器打开 Youtube 的首次用时会比 Chrome 慢 5 倍。
Peterson 表示，解决该问题的办法是调用老 Youtube 页面（无 Polymer 框架），火狐和 Edge 可借助插件实现，IE11 浏览器则是目前唯一一个默认就能打开旧版页面的浏览器。
资料显示，Youtube 上周公布数字，其月活注册用户达到 19 亿，日观看量为 1.8 亿小时，Alexa 全球排名第二。
