问与答 - @Microi - 从没下过水，上了两节游泳课，发现漂浮不像有的人可以完全在水平面，而是腿有点下沉，我确定已经尽量伸直身体了，这样导致头伸出水面尝试换气（还没学会）的时候，下半身立即想沉下去。漂在水里，教练帮我把腿抬起来
