近日，陕西渭南市21岁的莹莹(化名)被网购的银环蛇咬伤，出现意识模糊后送往医院抢救。其在重症监护室多日，一直处于昏迷、无自主呼吸状态，目前已被宣布脑死亡。新京报记者注意到，在京东、淘宝等电商平台以及百度贴吧、QQ群等，众多商家发布售卖活体蝎子、蛇等宠物的信息，其中不乏保护物种和有毒物种。
