DoNews6月22日消息（记者 翟继茹）据Techcrunch报道，PayPal宣布以1.2亿美元的价格收购在线反欺诈公司Simility。

这是PayPal近一个月以来的第三笔收购案，上个月，PayPal斥资22亿美元收购了金融技术公司iZettle，为了增强与Square的竞争；随后又马不停蹄花4亿美元收购了团体付款平台HyperWallet。

评论称，PayPal正在以并购的方式保持快速发展，为其2.3亿全球用户引入更现代化的工具。

收购Simility的意义是其技术不仅可以应用在自己的系统中，也可以应用在网络、移动终端和实体店中使用PayPal进行交易的客户身上。

PayPal首席运营官Bill Ready认为，“数字商务已经爆发式增长，预防在线欺诈和建立风险管理系统已经是迫在眉睫的事情。”（完）
