6月18日消息，近日魅族创始人黄章在魅族论坛回复莓友问题时透露，自己没管公司是个错误，而回归也是意味着对前几年公司策略和人事的否定。有魅友在论坛上询问，老白（白永祥）是否还在魅族工作。黄章回复称：“我觉得魅友没必要关心魅族的人事问题，这么多年我没管公司就是个错误。我回归也是对前几年公司策略和人事的否定。预计到明年我才能彻底的把公司运行到我想要的轨道上来。”
