肯德基餐厅支持口碑APP点餐 可提前点单免排队

日前，阿里巴巴旗下本地生活服务平台口碑的点单功能接入肯德基所有门店，将其手机点单服务扩展到全国。这距离口碑在无锡、上海、北京先后试点「手机点单」新功能不到半个月时间。
在口碑 App 里搜索肯德基，进入到商家的店铺页面，选好食物，预约好到店的时间即可完成在线点单。商家则会根据顾客所选的时间，提前准备好食物，顾客凭到店后口碑 App 显示的取餐号直接领取，无需排队。
如果顾客已经到店，同样可以在商家的口碑店铺页里直接点餐，不用排队等服务员点单。
据悉，接下来口碑 App 点单功能会接入更多品牌商家，为用户带来便利、新潮的点单新体验。
此前，口碑 App 的点单主打的是消费者到店后扫码点餐。消费者用支付宝或者口碑 App 扫商家店里的口碑码，就能享受餐厅预约、点菜、领优惠、支付结账、开发票等服务。
