中药有毒成分往往是治病的有效成分，即以毒攻毒。中药有毒无毒，关键是能否对证治疗。只要对证治疗，有毒的药也安全；不对证治疗，无毒的药也有害最近，“马兜铃致癌”事件沸沸扬扬。此事源起发表在《转化医学》杂志上的一篇论文，文章提示马兜铃酸或为肝癌发生的风险因素，但并没有提供马兜铃酸导致肝癌的直接证据。
