中国成功发射风云三号D 与和德一号卫星
11 月 15 日 2 时 35 分，中国在太原卫星发射中心用长征四号丙运载火箭，成功发射了风云三号D 气象卫星与和德一号 AIS 海事微型卫星。风云三号D 由上海航天局设计开发，是中国第二代极轨气象卫星，发射质量 2450 kg。和德一号是一颗微型卫星，也是天行者星座的第一颗卫星，发射质量 45 kg，预计服役 2 到 3 年。和德一号由北京和德宇航运营，卫星卫星平台采用上海卫星工程研究所研制的微纳卫星平台，卫星装备的 AIS 载荷接收机能实现每 24 小时接收 200 万条信息，识别约 6 万只船。卫星地面接收站设在上海，用于对卫星进行遥测遥控，并完成对星上接收到的 AIS 数据完整下传及分发。天行者卫星星座将包含 30 颗卫星。
