10月31日有小米MIX2的用户独家向搜狐科技爆料，自己刚买到的小米MIX2出现了黑屏现象。该用户表示，自己当日入手小米小米MIX2之后，随即发现使用时会出现间歇性黑屏。“打字的时候闪黑屏更严重，”该用户告诉搜狐科技并发来一段视频，视频中可以明显看到在无任何遮挡的情况下小米MIX2出现了一瞬间的黑屏。
