10月1日10点半以后，杭州西湖边的人流量慢慢大了起来。12点多，记者在断桥边采访，手机一度无法登陆网络，问了警察，发现他的手机也沦陷了，上不了微信，点不开朋友圈，消息也不能更新。显然是人太多，多到移动基站短时间无法承受大容量通信需求。
