I don't mean to offend, it is definitely Chinese. Korean characters are distinctly different than the characters present in those pictures.

Use Navbar Apps. It's better than stock because it lets you customize it. And honestly, it looks so much better.

Seems like half of the UI has been updated to UX6.0+ (status bar, NAV bar) and half isn't (settings, icons)
