We’re so excited to share Boom for Mac, a new way to bring more energy and engagement into your video calls and presentations. We turn your dull webcam into a vibrant canvas to express yourself and captivate your audience when you present. Whether you use Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, or Discord…Boom works with everything. It’s as simple as picking Boom as your camera.
We’re a small team of tool builders made up of ex-Shopify employees—the company that coined “Digital By Design” and banned unnecessary meetings.
We saw first-hand how the best crafters and managers ran their meetings and presentations differently. They stood out in company-wide talks, engaged co-workers like Twitch streamers, let loose with dad jokes, and brought thoughtful agendas to every call.
We started building Boom for ourselves based on that experience—to bring some of that boom energy to meetings and presentations and make them more engaging, productive, and fun. We put a lot of love into this and we're super excited for y'all to try it out.
