Hey Hunters 👋🚀

Have you ever tried to build and manage an IT team? It involves finding the right people, training them, and keeping up with all the latest technology. This process is really challenging! 🤯 And if you’re trying to work with independent freelancers can feel like trying to keep a bunch of balloons from floating away. 🎈

But no more hassle! Hokantan is the perfect solution for you.

🎉 With Hokantan, you can get a ready-to-go product team in just one day. Imagine that you're about to race but instead of starting from the line, you get a massive head start. That's what Hokantan does for your projects! 🏎️🏁

Our magic is in making your journey simpler. All you need to do is spell out your project’s needs at the beginning, provide feedback during testing, and approve the project once done.

Everything else? That’s where Hokantan excels. A project manager from Hokantan becomes your only contact, overseeing the team and making sure everything stays on track. That's a whole project delegation we're talking!

With Hokantan, you acquire a team of highly skilled software developers with expertise in the front end to the back end such as JavaScript, Ruby on Rails, PHP, WordPress, and WebFlow. Hokantan is like the superheroes of coding and they're ready to use their powers to meet your project's needs. 🦸‍♂️🦸‍♀️💻

So why wait? Let Hokantan take care of your tech needs and make your projects shine! 🌟🚀

Hi! Congrats with the launch 🎉 Amazing concept! I have a question: how do you onboard new team members?

Thank you for your kind words @dashencia ! To answer your question:

We kick things off with an informal chat and some games to break the ice. The goal is to make our new members feel right at home, as part of our tight-knit team.

Once they're settled in, each member is paired up with a buddy (seasoned developer). This way, they've always got a go-to person for any questions. In fact, we've even got this handy 45-minute rule that encourages everyone to seek help if they're wrestling with a problem for more than that time (including veterans!).

As they get more comfortable and start familiarizing themselves with our workflow, the PM gradually hands over more significant tasks, and eventually whole projects.

We want to make sure every team member is not only ready to deliver top-notch service to our clients but also feels valued and part of the Hokantan family right from day one :)

That's a very interesting concept. Congratulations on the launch @shanewen ! Quick question: Is there a limit to the number of IT team members that can be provided?
Thank you @clkyx8! There's no limit to the number of teams you can have, and each plan provides you with a new team. Moreover, you have the flexibility to add developers to a plan as required, and remove them when they are no longer needed. This way, you don't have to worry about overspending during slower project periods :)!
Considering to try... Is there a freelancer in the Korean time-zone as well?
Hey @bo_hyun_hwang! A lot of our developers are in the GMT+8:00 time zone, which is only 1 hour behind your time :) Let me know if you need more info!
