天眼查App显示，近日，广州繁星互娱信息科技有限公司新增开庭公告，被告为特斯拉（上海）有限公司、特斯拉汽车销售服务（北京）有限公司，案由为著作权权属、侵权纠纷，该案将于6月15日在上海市浦东区人民法院开庭审理。案件流程信息显示，该案自去年12月以来已多次开庭。
广州繁星互娱信息科技有限公司成立于2014年8月，法定代表人为谢欢，注册资本1000万人民币，经营范围含互联网商品零售、演出经纪代理服务、营业性文艺表演、网络游戏服务等，由广州酷狗计算机科技有限公司全资持股。
