据中国证券报报道，5月27日，早“2023跃迁·黑马AIGC峰会”上，创业黑马发布黑马天启科创大模型，基于科创云SaaS开发平台、Microsoft+Stanford开源技术以及360智脑支持，研发出的一款垂直应用于科创服务领域的大模型。据了解，目前黑马天启科创大模型能够为企业提供科技项目申报材料智能撰写和数据填报服务，并赋能科创服务全流程。截至5月26日，黑马天启已经累计完成200+企业客户的交付、2200+的项目方案文件智能撰写，单一项目累计节约时长可达90%。可以把原来需要10-15天的传统服务流程，缩短到0.5-1天，整个行业效率实现了几何级数的提升。
