公司不同的产品，总会遇到各种问题。回过头来看，大部分问题都会得到解决。只是，通常解决得比较慢、比较晚，影响产品的发布和运营节奏。
既然问题终将得到解决，所以其实我们不是在解决问题，而是在安排事情的节奏。
一个应对的办法，就是多并行几个产品。即使所有产品都拖，最终总能依次发布，无非是整体向后移。
工作方式和心态，也得跟着调整。不能像之前那样，把一件事彻底解决后，再全身心投入到下一件事。客观条件决定了这样的方式行不通，那就主动应对变化，提高多进程能力吧。
