持续十余年！索尼被指在专利文件中嘲讽竞争对手

4月11日快科技获悉，索尼近日遭到一位专利专家的指责，该专家表示，索尼在专利申请中多次将其它游戏机制造商称为“低劣制造商”。
这位专家名为弗洛里安·穆勒，他展示了索尼近日公布的一项通用控制器专利申请，
在该专利中，索尼在该专利中将非PlayStation的产品称为“低劣”产品。
同时，这已经不是索尼第一次在专利中嘲讽竞争对手了，事实上， 早在2011年，索尼就已经有了这一“传统”。
穆勒解释说，在一些专利中说明发明为什么比已有的技术更优越是合理的，也是为了证明其应该获得专利保护的必要条件。
