It seems you are using spanish language. In spanish, the "," simbol is for decimal separation. 1,250 it's equal to 1.250 in english notation. Then 1.250*10/100=0.125

It was really some kind of bug, but like i said in post above yours it was fixed in latest version.
In Portugal we don't use "," symbol, i don't know why calculators have to add them automatically, however that's not elitedevs problem.
