美法官已允许 FTX 新领导层传唤 SBF 和其它内部人士
据 Foresight News 消息，美国法官 John Dorsey 下令 FTX 的新领导层及其官方债权人委员会可以传唤 FTX 创始人 SBF 及其高管 Gary Wang、Caroline Ellison 等，同时 SBF 的父母兄弟也可被传唤。该命令称如果任命独立审查员，信息要求的范围仍然可以调整，主要是司法部对可能存在重复工作的担忧。此外法官还签署了第二项命令，允许 FTX 从申请破产保护之日起传唤第三方以获取可能与交易所黑客攻击有关的信息。
