BLU has announced the upcoming BLU G72 Max, which we now know about. The American smartphone brand is well-known for its low-cost models, and we have another one on the way. Unfortunately, we have no information on its price or release date. But one thing is sure: due to its low-end specifications, it will be a low-budget phone.

According to reports, the BLU G72 Max will have a 6.8-inch IPS LCD screen. Furthermore, the 720p screen resolution with a refresh rate of 90Hz is adequate.

Almost all budget phones have one thing in common. Guess What? It is the storage option. Let us talk about that later on. Regarding display, we can’t say that you can stream high-quality video. But watching the footage would be enough. The BLU G72 Max will also have a chipset made by MediaTek called the Helio G37.

We can assume that it might be enough for you to listen to songs and play games simultaneously. Unfortunately, you will have to settle for a single memory configuration of 4GB/128 GB. The 128GB memory is the expandable internal storage, much better than other phones at the same price. Other budget phones normally offer 3GB of RAM with 64GB storage.

Notably, the storage is not always expandable. BLU outdid itself by providing an additional expandable storage option. As far as the camera is concerned, it is neither good nor bad. The smartphone has a 13 MP rear camera and other unspecified sensors. Furthermore, the 8 MP selfie front camera is reasonable for the price.

Like other budget smartphones, BLU G72 Max features a 5,000 mAH battery. Unfortunately, there is no information about the charging speed. Additionally, BLU G72 Max will use Android 12. The company is yet to publicize the release date of this smartphone.
