过年回来第 1 天，马上提的离职，领导进行了挽留。 离职原因： 1 、目前薪资在行业内对比起来很低，特别是年终真的是意思一下发了一下。 2 、目前做的事情太杂，自己的长处得不到发挥。 3 、不喜欢项目中心的规则，特别是动不动就扣工资。 领导挽留： 1 、项目中心独立出来上市，今年是特别重要的 1 年，特别是我的工作。 2 、后续会在我目前薪资的基础上最涨 50%以上，并且当着部门所有人员的时候也说了一次。 3 、把我不擅长的工作去掉，只做我擅长的。 风险： 1 、失去大厂，以后可能再没机会再进这样的大厂。 2 、失去找工作的最佳的时机，以及当前风口上的行业，当然也面临找工作的压力。 3 、新工作可能通勤时间长，也可能面临搬家的可能。 4 、要重新的开始熟悉一切。
