DAVE BRIGGS: Paramount out with some big news ahead of Valentine's Day. The streamer announcing James Cameron's 199-- nice little cameo there.
SEANA SMITH: I walked right behind you, yep.
DAVE BRIGGS: That's a nice cameo. The 1997 film "Titanic" coming back to a theater near you. That's in celebration of the movie's 25th anniversary. A remastered version will be screened in 3D and 4K starting February 10, Valentine's Day weekend. The film stars Leonardo DiCaprio, of course, and Kate Winslet as lovers, Jack and Rose, aboard the Titanic. The film won 11 Academy Awards. It was number one for, what, 15 weeks and was the highest selling film of all time before James Cameron's other film, "Avatar," broke that record. Are you going to see it when it's rereleased?
SEANA SMITH: I don't know if I will go and see it, just because it's over three hours. I did go see it when it was released for the first time back in '98, and I loved seeing it in theaters. The 3D aspect, I think, would be very interesting, would be very cool. It would be a little bit too real, I think, for me in some of the scenes to be seeing that play out in 3D.
But I think this is also an example of the box office doing all it can to attract people back into theaters. Releasing big hits isn't anything new, but I think it's critical at a time like this when some of these movie theaters are trying to do all they can to win back some people that haven't returned to the movies since the pandemic. So if you get some of those people back in the theaters, they're going to be buying drinks, they're going to be spending money on food, it could be a win here all around. Are you going to go see it?
DAVE BRIGGS: I love this movie. Obviously--
SEANA SMITH: I-- me, too.
DAVE BRIGGS: --that doesn't surprise you. Probably not. I don't think this is a movie that gets me back to the theaters. Amazing to see Leonardo DiCaprio there. He's 48 years old, but when I look out for the rest of the year, I think, what am I excited to see? I mean, there's an "Ant-Man" coming. There's a Super Mario movie for the kids. I don't know. I think this is why I'm bearish about movie theaters. The Barbie movie-- what's that? July, August?

These 2 Dividend Stocks Offer Monstrous Yields of at Least 10%; Top Analyst Says ‘Buy’
The outlook for stocks in 2023 is still in flux. Last year’s headwinds haven’t dissipated, so we’ll be dealing with high inflation, rising interest rates, the Russia-Ukraine war, and an increased risk of recession for the foreseeable future, and that has investors taking an interest in defensive plays. The classic move, of course, is to move heavily into dividend stocks. These bring several advantages that can protect an investment portfolio during an unsettled economic period, including a relia

The inflation report is coming: Here are 2 blue-chip stocks to shockproof your portfolio
Inflation chat is once again this week’s hot topic. December’s consumer price index (CPI) will be released on Thursday with analysts hoping a repeat of last month’s positive declaration in inflation levels. The forecast is for core CPI to have climbed 0.3% in December. While this is a touch higher than November, it would still be in line with the quarter’s average, and less than the 0.5% average exhibited between January and September against a backdrop of the highest inflation in decades. Biden leaves questions unanswered on classified documents, as GOP pounces
President Joe Biden on Wednesday faced a growing political headache -- and outstanding questions -- after classified documents were found in his former office in Washington. Biden and the White House counsel have said lawyers for the president immediately notified the White House when they discovered those documents in a locked closet as they cleared out his office at the Penn Biden Center, a University of Pennsylvania-run think tank in Washington where Biden worked after his vice presidency ended. The White House says Biden's lawyer found the documents on Nov. 2 – less than a week before last year's midterm elections – but it only commented on the incident after a CBS News report made it public this week.
