越南电动车公司 VinFast 提交赴美 IPO 申请

当地时间周二，越南电动车制造商 VinFast 宣布，已经申请在美国进行首次公开募股（IPO），并计划在纳斯达克上市其普通股，股票交易代码为 “VFS”。为完成 IPO，该公司将转换为一家新加坡公共有限公司，并将其命名为 VinFast 汽车有限公司，而拟发行的股票数量和价格范围尚未确定。

VinFast 的母公司 Vingroup 集团在今年 5 月表示，由于市场不确定因素，IPO 可能推迟到 2023 年。

上个月，VinFast 开始出口电动车，第一批 VF 8 已运往美国，将于今年交付。首批 VF 9 将于 2023 年初在越南和国际上推出。
