求助， Git 误操作点到撤销所有更改，能否恢复！

刚接触 Git ，命令不怎么熟悉，当时是在桌面 Git Bash 的，然后再 VS 里面写了些改动。所有改动都没有进行 commit 操作，然后误操作点到了撤销所有更改。桌面文件丢失 70%。目前桌面能看到隐藏文件夹.git ，请问还有救吗？
