全面国产化 我国高压直流输电“变速箱”实现中国制造

经过2年多的科研攻关，日前， 我国自主研发的首台采用国产有载分接开关的换流变压器问世，实现组部件等产业链全面国产化 ，标志着我国突破了这一高端电力装备关键核心技术的制约。
换流变压器的有载分接开关现已在位于广州从化的西电东送重点工程——溪洛渡直流工程从西换流站成功投入运行。
据了解，换流变压器的有载分接 开关就像是汽车的自动“变速箱”，电压调高调低、负荷调多调少、电流调大调小都要通过它来调节。
这种开关有1000多个零部件，切换次数非常频繁，一年高达6000余次，一次切换包括9个过程，每次动作涉及400多个零部件的精密配合，而且每个过程的时序配合为毫秒级。
