此前，曾有消息指出，iPhone 14系列将取消远峰蓝与粉色，并新增紫色作为标配；现在，同样的事情出现在了Apple Watch Series 8身上。
据悉，
Apple Watch Series 8将新增红色外观，但同时会取消蓝色和绿色两种颜色，这意味着它将只有午夜黑、星光色、红色和银色四种颜色。
需要说明的是，根据现有消息， Apple Watch Series 8的红色与现有的红色表壳并不相同，而是一种“新的红色” ，或许会采用不同的色号，以作出区分。
同时，消息表示，Apple Watch Series 8的库存相当充足， 在发售时将不会再出现类似Apple Watch Series 7那样严重缺货导致的发货延迟问题。
