据央视，当地时间11月22日，美国国务卿布林肯在一份声明中表示，美国进一步实施了与“北溪-2”天然气管道项目有关的制裁，制裁目标是与俄罗斯有关联的Transadria有限公司及其船只。根据与“北溪-2”相关的《保护欧洲能源安全法案》，Transadria有限公司将受到制裁，该公司的17艘船只确定为被封锁的财产。连日下跌的欧洲天然气反弹，大涨超8%。
