求助 为什么债转股的成本增加百分之十

来jsl有两三年了吧，一直没发帖，想着自己还是小白！低调点，评论一下过个嘴瘾就算了！
昨天买太极转债132.20收盘价131.55小亏，买了二万块钱的，债转股太极股份，收盘价26.44。结果悲剧了，我的太极股份成本价变成29.20，亏了百分之十！！！
这是为什么呢？后悔了！打券商电话，他们休息，问问大家，这是什么套路？哈哈哈，是杀猪盘？请指点一下，多谢
