荷兰的一家法庭命令能源巨头壳牌石油公司到 2030 年减少 45% 的排放。这起诉讼由环保组织 Friends of the Earth 的荷兰分部提起，法庭判决皇家壳牌石油公司目前的减排计划与巴黎协议的目标不相容。壳牌已明确表示将提起上诉。壳牌此前的计划是到 2050 年实现碳平衡，到 2030 年减排 20%。上诉意味着需要几年时间才可能得到最终裁决。
