Bassmaster Fishing 2022 Coming to PC and Consoles This Fall

Under the supervision of professional angler Scott Martin

We don't have too many fishing simulators out there, so Dovetail Games, developer, and publisher of authentic simulation titles decided to add one to its catalog. Bassmaster Fishing 2022 is a brand new fishing game scheduled to be released on PC (via Steam), PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S this fall.

The development of the game benefited from precious feedback offered by Scott Martin, the famous professional angler and host of “The Scott Martin Challenge,” who is working closely with Dovetail Games to help create the fishing game.

“I’m pumped to be working with Dovetail Games again. Everyone knows I have unfinished family business and my aim is to win the biggest prize in bass fishing. I’m so excited that fans will get the opportunity to try to do the same through the game. It would be incredible to win my first Elite event when Bassmaster Fishing 2022 is the title sponsor,” said Scott Martin.

Not much is know about the game at the moment, but developers promised to reveal more information in the coming months about the new technology, as well as all the features being added to Bassmaster Fishing 2022 to enhance immersion and offer players an authentic angling experience.

Dovetail Games is mostly known for its work at Train Simulator, a very popular simulation game with tons of DLCs. But the studio is also responsible for other titles like Fishing Sim World: Pro Tour and The Catch: Carp & Coarse.
