据中国之声《新闻纵横》报道，近日，甘肃省兰州市市民高先生向中国之声反映，他在京东金融平台上的欠款逾期未还之后，竟收到了一张伪造的“逮捕证”，更过分的是他还不断遭到京东委托的催收公司短信和电话侮辱。而兰州市公安局也已经向中国之声证实，高先生收到的“逮捕证”是实打实的伪造。
