8月24日，浙江省温州市发生女乘客乘坐滴滴顺风车途中被害的恶性事件，也暴露了滴滴公司网约车管理的缺陷与漏洞。对此，8月27日，深圳市网信办、深圳市公安局、深圳市交通运输委联合约谈滴滴出行科技有限公司深圳分公司（以下简称“滴滴公司”）相关负责人，责令滴滴平台于9月底前完成4项全面整改工作，否则，将对其采取联合惩戒、撤销经营许可证、App下架等措施。
