北京时间17日消息，特斯拉汽车公司CEO马斯克发布了外界期待已久的特斯拉半挂卡车，在观众的欢呼声中，他亲自驾驶这辆卡车驶入洛杉矶附近的一个机场机库，这里聚集的都是特斯拉的车主和潜在的电动卡车客户。马斯克表示，在满负荷的情况下，这款电动卡车在高速公路上的的理论续航里程可达500英里（约合800公里），是普通柴油卡车的一半。在不载货的情况下，百公里加速只用5秒，满载情况下为20秒。
