iPhoneX发布之初，由于《王者荣耀》还未适配，导致横屏时左右两侧都有大黑边，与iPhone8类似，完全无法体现全面屏的优势。而在11月9日更新版本（APP版本号：1.31.4.18）后，《王者荣耀》就已全面适配iPhoneX，同时开启了高频率模式。不过有网友发现，进入《王者荣耀》斜谷地图后，横屏时两侧有渐变的黑色模糊，比较影响视野。
