TCL 通讯向紫光等出售 49% 的股份
旗下拥有阿尔卡特、Palm 和黑莓等著名品牌的 TCL 通讯近况不佳，它宣布向紫光、云南城投和 Vivid Victory 出售 49% 的股份，转让价约 4.9 亿港元。2017 年上半年，TCL 通讯实现通讯设备及其他产品销量合计 2116.9 万台，同比下降 36.2%；实现销售收入 68.7 亿元，同比下降 26.1%；受海外手机市场低迷态势延续、内部组织及业务重组的阶段性影响，亏损 8.52 亿元。TCL 通讯的市场主要在海外，但根据财报数据，其在拉丁美洲、欧洲区、中东及非洲区业绩均下滑严重。
