Google 被发现会在 Android 设备不使用两个月后删除备份，Android 用户抱怨如此短的时间后自动删除备份是不可理喻的做法。在 Android 6.0 之后，Google 提供了 Android 备份功能，在用户的 Google Drive 文件夹中备份应用、通话记录、设备设置、通讯录、日历等数据。根据 Google 帮助页提供的信息：“只要您使用设备，您的备份就不会过期。如果您连续两个星期没有使用设备，则可能会在备份下方看到过期日期。示例：54 天后过期。”而一旦删除，就没有任何方法恢复。
