3月14日消息，知名作家六六昨日发布微博和微信公号文章称，其一位朋友在使用京东全球购时遭遇商家售假，但在与商家和作为平台方的京东沟通后，均未得到合理的处理结果。根据六六的说法，其朋友在京东全球购购买了美国ComfortU护腰枕，售价为1489元，美国官网售价则为109.95美元。但在收到货后，该顾客却发现收到的是一款名为ContourU的山寨品，美国官网售价只有33.6美元。
