前 NSA 程序员承认将机密材料带回家
根据《纽约时报》的报道，被俄罗斯政府黑客利用卡巴斯基软件窃取到机密材料的前 NSA 雇员是越南裔程序员 Nghia H. Pho。67 岁的 Pho 已经认罪，检方同意不会寻求超过 8 年的刑期。法庭文件披露，Pho 在 2006 年到 2016 年之间为 NSA 的黑客团队 Tailored Access Operations 工作，检方称他在 2010 年到 2015 年 3 月之间将机密材料其中包括数字格式的材料带回家。2015 年 3 月他受到了指控。匿名政府官员称，Pho 带回机密文件是为了帮助他重写简历，而他的计算机安装了卡巴斯基杀毒软件。
