报道称三星计划开发XR芯片
据外媒SamMobile报道，预计三星将在今年晚些时候或明年上半年推出一款新的XR（扩展现实）头显，从而与苹果的首款AR/VR设备竞争，三星现在正计划为XR设备开发芯片，而苹果最早将在下月举行的WWDC23上发布其首款AR/VR设备。
作为三星设计Exynos处理器和ISOCELL相机传感器的部门，三星 System LSI计划进军XR芯片市场。根据KEDGlobal的一份报告，该公司计划与谷歌和高通竞争。
三星将通过设计全新的芯片或修改现有芯片以适配XR设备，这些芯片用于运行操作系统和应用程序、计算来自传感器的数据以及跟踪用户的动作，XR设备可以创建实时翻译语言、身临其境会议和在现实之上叠加丰富数据的导航等体验。
