卫龙预计12月15日上市 发售价每股10.4-11.4港元

站长之家（ChinaZ.com）12月5日 消息:卫龙在港交所发布公告称，将于2022年12月5日至12月8日招股，预期定价日为12月8日;发售价将为每股10.40-11.40港元;

卫龙表示，拟全球发售9639.7万股股份，另有15%超额配股权，预期股份将于12月15日于联交所主板挂牌上市。

据卫龙此前公布的招股书显示，2019年至2021年，卫龙的总收入分别约为33.85亿元、41.2亿元、48亿元、2022年上半年为22.61亿元。

2019年至2022上半年，卫龙分别录得净利润6.58亿元、8.19亿元、8.27亿元、-2.61亿元。
