SAC new model, Account SUM Aggregation

In my model I enter net sums, then I have to multiply them by percentages and growth expectations.

I combine for that accounts and measures.

at the end of the day I want to compare my first assumption (under measure VALUE and account "NO_CODE") with my adjusted and calculated result (under measure "MEMDD_VAL" and few accounts)

I wanted to use the "total accounts" as a hierarchy to compare.

however, my sum aggregation doesn't work - I've set exception aggregations both on accounts and measure - it didn't help. see below

what do I miss?
